Set in the peaceful countryside of Waikato, Matangi is a four-bedroom Passive House that balances natural warmth with technical precision. The home embraces timber finishes that create a sense of comfort and connection to nature. Behind the beauty lies cutting-edge performance: German-engineered timber-aluminium windows with Low-E, Argon-filled glazing, an airtight and highly insulated envelope, and balanced heat-recovery ventilation. The result is a home that stays light, warm, and comfortable all year — using only a fraction of the energy of a standard build.
